This project in Houston, Texas, was for new construction of a three-story, energy star-rated, and 140-unit multi- family property. TLC worked with JRM Architects, Inc. (Prime) and provided structural engineering design services to complete the set of construction documents, including: roof and floor framing plans, shear wall bracing plan, post-tensioned slab-on-grade foundation plans, general notes and details, and structural supports for pool area.

 

Construction began on July 1, 2014
