This project consists of storm sewer upgrades to the freeway to reduce the risk of structural flooding. Improvements include modifications of street conveyance and sheet flow. Approximately 6,500  linear feet of street will be reconstructed.TLC Engineering, Inc.  will provide third part Construction Management & Inspection services for the COH.  This project scope is for the design and construction of storm drainage improvements, necessary concrete paving, curbs, sidewalks, driveways and underground utilities in the Kirkwood South and Sagemont areas of Houston, Texas.
