TLC provided construction management and inspections services to the City of Houston (COH). As prime contractor, TLC coordinated with stakeholders on all pre-construction and post-construction activities, including project budgeting, scheduling, pre-bid designs, reviews, pre-bid meetings, post-bid proposal reviews, and final proposal cost analysis activities. Inspection services were provided to monitor and to ensure that all documentation for this project was completed in a timely manner.
