The 25HC-3 Relief Interceptor is a 13,000 linear foot (LF) pipe of 24-inch reinforced concrete. It is located east of Highway I-35W and North of Keller Haslet Road in Fort Worth, Texas. This project in Roanoke, Texas, involved the final design services for the construction of a new 48-inch fiberglass reinforced pipe (FRP), located in a new TRA permanent easement. The 48-inch pipe runs parallel to an existing 24-inch pipe.

TLC provided plans, specifications, and opinions of probable cost for the new culvert design, erosion control and bank stabilization, traffic control plan, and junction box design for this project. Carollo Engineers, Inc. was the prime.
