TLC provided two in-house construction managers and 3 Engineers (mechanical, electrical and structural) as part of the facility maintenance contract at the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center. These employees, under the supervision of the Prime Contractor, NASA, managed the construction activities related to civil/structural, electrical, and mechanical work orders. These managers also coordinated with TLC’s in-house staff of engineers to complete the additional needed engineering design, which was provided under a separate basic order agreement. Disciplines for the NASA maintenance contract included structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The contract period of performance was for 2 years and the value of TLC’s participation is estimated at approximately $2,000,000.
