This project consisted of a, Multi-story apartment complex containing 140 units. TLC inspection responsibilities on this project was inspecting from the post tension slab to framing. Inspecting all post tension cables for placement, lengths, tension, requirements and documenting slab response to tension. Inspecting all framing from the tie downs to the wind strapping, inspecting all floor penetrations for fire chalk, roof decking, and wall sheeting. Preparing inspection reports, attending meetings with the City of Houston and sub-contractors to solve any construction issues that arise from the construction reports. Following up on previous construction issue for corrective action taken and documenting all corrective actions taken.
