This project included three scopes of work:

Project 1 Scope: The Project Manager was responsible for design and preparation of Phase I and II site assessments, asbestos, and lead abatement reports.

Project 2 Scope: TLC provided construction management and design engineering services. TLC worked with Johnson Controls to provide HVAC System upgrades, roof repair, and bathroom modifications to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and more.

Project 3 Scope: TLC worked with Johnson Controls to provide engineering and construction management services. Scope of work included the HVAC upgrades of nine schools in the North Forest Independent School District of Houston.
