A Waste Water Piping System Survey was conducted to document data collection, findings, and assessments for the City of Houston needs area M-2016-020. The data collected was acquired in three phases: Phase 1 – Drainage and Streets; Phase 2 - Waste water line conditions, which included Storm sewer locations and alignments, Storm sewer materials, Storm sewer piping sizes, Storm sewer flow lines, Drainage flow paths, water line sizes; Phase 3 - Pavement condition rating, right of way widths and sidewalk locations.
