TLC provided construction inspection services for Jones & Carter (Prime) at various subdivisions in Missouri City, Texas. This work included sanitary sewer rehabilitation, manhole rehabilitation, and placement of 6- and 8-inch waterlines.Inspector duties included preparation of daily reports, monitoring contractor and subcontractor activity, assuring that construction installation conforms to plans, specifications, and local code regulations. TLC Inspectors were charged with directing effective team communications and task execution to help facilitate project delivery.
