Torrential rains in May 2015 gave Texas the wettest month on record extreme river and creek flooding (several rivers were at flood stage), resulted in evacuated homes which were swept away killing over 22 people and being declared a major disaster.
TLC Engineering, along with TetraTech activated by the city of Houston as first responders to monitor the clean- up activity. TLC managed over 50 monitors for approximately 90 days and served as the staging area for training and managing field activity
