This project entailed a system evaluation which included, 64 miles of pipeline, 32 segments of the surface water Transmission system, 28 Meter control stations, control valves, Disinfection systems & Motor control centers.  Inspectors recorded pump times, checked site for potential water losses, scaling and Zeroing flow meters.
