As a subcontractor, TLC designed the effluent pipe and outfall for the City of Laredo Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion in Laredo, Texas. TLC researched documentation, conducted an onsite visit to evaluate the alternative routing solutions, and produced the technical memorandum presenting evaluation results. TLC proposed the alternate routing and was responsible for designing the 42-inch effluent pipe, which runs parallel to the existing 36-inch effluent piping, and redesigned the headwall and outfall.
