TLC served as a subcontractor for prime contractor Jacobs Engineering on a project for the City of Houston. The service contract included assisting with the contract management administration of design and construction contracts, attending meetings and generating meeting minutes, assisting with document reviews, preparing bid packages, bidding and awarding contracts, maintaining correspondence and submittal logs, assisting construction management personnel with the generation of reports and recommendations, and assisting with the project control function as it relates to project budgets, schedule development and maintenance, database maintenance, revisions, changes, and project appropriations.
