TLC Engineering, Inc., has been selected to provide Construction Management and Inspection services for Midtown (Tierz #27) and will also be responsible for Testing of concrete and steel. The Midtown Superblock Project will include a below ground parking garage and an at grade 3-acre park to be located at 2800 Main Street in Houston, Texas. The 50,000 SF garage structure is approximately 14 feet below grade beneath a multi-family mid-rise on the north side and a Park on the south side. The park includes a 30,000 SF main lawn with entertainment facilities which include a water feature. The retail facility which will reside along the north side has not yet been designed.
