TLC provided quality inspectors to subconsultants Jones & Carter in Houston, Texas, for their Municipal Utility District (MUD) projects. TLC’s inspectors integrated with the Jones & Carter staff to inspect water and sewer lines, lift stations, and storm sewers. The number of inspectors for this contract varied according to demand. For this contract, TLC staffed directly and there were no contract limits. The inspectors traveled to several different sites, for which Jones & Carter had maintenance contracts.
