As a subcontractor to prime contractor EJES Light Rail, Inc., TLC provided design services for two projects: the Riverline and Benteler Rail Improvements Projects for the CADDO/Bossier Port Commission in Shreveport, Louisiana. TLC provided drawings (plan and profiles, details, cross-sections, and specifications) to meet Railway Standards. AutoCAD® Civil 3D® civil engineering design software was used for this project.
