Project Scope:
Provided construction management services to coordinate and oversee all disciplines, including Pipeline Engineering, Route Selection, Land Surveying, Environmental studies and compliance and construction inspections. Required to obtain a FERC Permit for a 15 mile phenol pipeline that was stainless steel and steam traced. Estimated Cost: $800,000

Pipeline Drill String Operation

Project Scope:
Provided construction management services to include budgeting, scheduling and construction administration. Project required engineering design, right of way, land surveying, environmental studies and pipeline construction. Required acquisition of a FERC 7x permit for a 25 mile dual 8-inch ammonia and acrylonitrile pipeline, a Corps of Engineers 404 permit for Lavaca Bay Water Crossing (EPA super fund site) and railroad and highway crossing permits for pipeline installation. Project Cost: $20,000,000

Chevron Pipeline Company Chandeleur Expansion 1999

Chevron Fourchon Tank Farm

Project Scope:
A 20 mile, 24 inch 1480 PSI natural gas system expansion. Provided engineering design, survey, right of way, permitting and construction management for new pipeline. This included wetland mitigation and permitting for work in Louisiana marshes and shallow offshore waters. Construction activities included Corps of Engineers (COE) permitting for directional drills of Mississippi river in Venice, LA and work offshore in oyster beds. COE required installation of "splays" at Mississippi river drill site for erosion control measures. Project Cost: $42,000,000 ($300,000 Environmental Mitigation)
