Project Scope:
TLC Engineering conduct individual project environmental reviews in compliance with 24 CFR Part 58 and other relevant laws and authorities related to disaster recovery projects of cities and counties and other direct award Grantees which were impacted by Hurricanes Dolly and Ike. TLC prepares the environmental reviews required by the responsible entity(grantee) in the assumption of authority for decision-making, and action that would otherwise apply to HUD under NEPA and other provisions of law that further the purpose of NEPA, as specified in 24 CFR part 58.

TLC performs the necessary grant project environmental reviews required to release funds to complete the disaster recovery projects within the timeframe and format specified by Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA).

City of Houston Environmental Services Contract 2004-Current

Project Scope:
Master Service Contract that resulted in the performance of over 50 Environmental Site Assessment Phase I and II site assessments on various City of Houston facilities as part of construction or sales/purchase agreements. Included review of all applicable environmental databases to determine probability of site contamination with hazardous materials due to previous operations (i.e. gas station, dry cleaner, storage facility, etc)
