TLC was awarded a contract with FEMA in 2010, to provide Public Assistance First Appeal Review services. This contract covers a range of the entire United States, supporting all 10 FEMA regional offices. An applicant may appeal any decision made by FEMA, whether it be a project worksheet assessment, an issue of applicant eligibility, or an extension request denial. TLC provides an independent team of professionals to work with the applicants who are seeking reconsideration within FEMA’s appeal process, and applicants rely on the government to consider all related documentation, specifications, and other items submitted for review.
