TLC provided HVAC System replacement, new entry doors, drinking fountains, curb ramp, sidewalk, and modifications to elevator and restrooms. TLC provided A/E Design Services, construction inspections and served as construction managers. This design-renovation project involved the Contractor(s) in the design process and allowed the budget to be negotiated and alleviated excessive change orders. Responsibilities included conducting progress meeting, preparing budgets, scheduling, bidding, proposal review and cost analysis.
Construction began in 2006.
