TLC’s subcontractor role in in this program management, construction management, and administrative support contract included varying assignments, from providing administrative support personnel to design engineers and architects. Staff were responsible for all capital and maintenance projects for buildings owned and operated by the City of Houston. Such buildings included the police department, fire department, libraries, and park facilities. Scheduling maintenance requirements for the aforementioned facilities was the primary task for this assignment.
