TLC signed a Master Service Contract to evaluate conditions of identified lift stations for the City of Houston (COH) and provide recommendations for upgrades, improvements, and rehabilitation. During the preliminary phase of the project, TLC reviewed the proposed capacity of each lift station and performed an evaluation that included reviewing existing drawings/photographs and, if necessary, performing visual observations. Proposed improvements were based on the existing conditions evaluation. TLC prepared estimates of probable construction costs (plus or minus 5%) for the conceptual improvements, along with a write-up of the existing conditions.
